Why take second best? If it's a showcase for a new album in Osaka or a presentation that you've worked on for months in Kobe, why would you use a substandard method for delivery and ultimately decrease the impact of your performance?

Over the last few years performance technologies have improved to the point where it's possible to perform in HD stereo and benefit from digital management systems, which not only improve the audio quality, but take the pain out of set up and hugely improve portability.

At Osaka Audio we use the StageSource™ and StageScape™ systems developed by Line 6 and Yamaha.

StageSource speakers are intelligent enough to know how they are being used and configure themselves accordingly, incorporating anti feedback technology and acoustic guitar body modelling to maximize the quality of the output.

Each of these smart speakers can operate as a stand alone PA with 3 input channels and basic effects (chorus, reverb and acoustic guitar body modelling) outputting 800 watts of HD Audio.

But it's when they are connected to the StageScape mixer that the real magic starts to happen.

With it's drag and drop iPad style interface and presets for every type of input, from drums and keyboards to wireless mics and multifx, setting up your stage couldn't be simpler.

Of course all of these presets are tweakable but we find, generally speaking, that the bulk of the work has been done speeding up both setup and soundchecks

We can use an iPad to control the StageScape mixer remotely, so can make changes on the fly from the stage or wherever is convenient, especially in locations lacking space for a dedicated sound booth.

The StageScape is also a fully functioning digital recorder, so we can record your performance for posterity or even each track individually for later mixing and mastering.
